We are the official distributor of Gaggia in the United Kingdom. We ship our goods from Elland in West Yorkshire. If you live close to our offices and want to collect your order, you can arrange it with us but due to COVID restrictions, we prefer to ship the goods to you using our authorised courier, if at all possible.

FREE SHIPPING
We are delighted to announce that we are able to ship, FREE OF CHARGE, to certain areas of the United Kingdom - for order value of over £30.
Please insert your post code and area, when you go to check out, and the shipping charge will be calculated accordingly. The area for free shipping currently covers most of the United Kingdom. As our carriers charge us more to ship to Northern Ireland and certain parts of Scotland, we are unable offer free shipping to these areas. We endeavour to ship orders received before 12 noon, on the same day, and would normally be delivered the following day, to most UK post codes. Deliveries are only made during week days, unless you specifically request a Saturday delivery. Saturday deliveries will attract a higher delivery charge.
SHIPMENT OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM
We now ship to Ireland and other European countries. The countries we can ship to are:

SHIPMENT TIMES
If stocks are available we aim to despatch the order, the same day or the day after the order is received. Stock availability is normally given on the product page. In some cases, when there is a high demand, we take orders in advance and for later delivery. In these cases, we would normally give the details of the estimated time for delivery on our product page. For higher value lines we may have to verify addresses and therefore the delivery could be delayed due to this. Please check with us if there is delay in receiving the goods.
CHARGES FOR COLLECTION AND DELIVERY - REPAIRS
If you need us to collect a machine from you for repair and service work, we usually charge a fee, if the machine is not under warranty. If the machine is under warranty but was purchased from a third party supplier (other than our shops) we shall charge a fee for collection, delivery and handling. Please note that carriage charge may apply if the machine is sent to us as a warranty repair but later found that the reason for the fault was a result of scale or blockage due to inadequate maintenance.
