The company employs Gaggia-trained engineers in repairing and servicing of Gaggia machines. Our company trades as Gaggia UK - The official registered name of the company is Caffe Shop Ltd. We carry an extensive range of Gaggia coffee machines. We SELL, REPAIR and SERVICE Gaggia home coffee machines.

We are based in Elland, West Yorkshire, about 3 minutes from Junction 24 of the M62 Motorway. We have plenty of parking within our premises and a convenient and friendly Factory Shop and Sales Office. Why not drop in and see us. You can visit us, by appointment during week days. We are also available during week days on ZOOM. You can meet us on zoom between 9am and 5pm during week days. We also have a CHAT LINE during week days and weekends.

Raj Beadle, is the managing director of Caffe Shop Ltd, trading as Gaggia UK.
 
Raj is the brand guardian for ‘Gaggia’ in the British Isles and has been associated with Gaggia since 1992. He wanted to use his knowledge and skills to provide help and advice to coffee enthusiasts and users of Gaggia, in the United Kingdom.  The company is committed to helping Gaggia users, to get the best out of their machines and coffee.
 
Gaggia is a world-renowned coffee machine company, inventing the modern espresso machine in 1938, and producing, both professional and home machines, in Italy, since the 40’s.
 
Raj Beadle, and the rest of the Gaggia team, represent Gaggia, in the UK from their local office in Elland, West Yorkshire. Although the Elland based operations mainly cover the United Kingdom and Ireland for distribution and after sales service, their knowledge, product offers, and aftersales services are being actively sought after by many coffee enthusiasts all over the world. Raj says, “We are actively offering our products and services to a much wider area of Europe and the rest of the world, as it is much more convenient to reach people anywhere, using modern technology. We have engineers, sales and advisory staff on ‘Zoom’ during office hours and they are only a click away, from anywhere in the world.
 
We offer barista training courses, in-person and on zoom, and also use coffee as a way to help people in the community. Raj is actively involved in the local area, in community activities, and offers coffee machines to charities to use as a community-based fundraising activity and to foster a community spirit, and get people involved in community activities.
 
The company has used the knowledge and modern communication technology to bring its sales and service into the 21st century.
