Repairs
If you need to get your machine repaired, please go to the Repair page for more information. If you need your machine repaired during the warranty period, you will be asked to provide the proof of purchase, even if you have registered the product with us.
We are the Authorised Exclusive IMPORTER AND DISTRIBUTOR of GAGGIA Milano home coffee machines, coffee and accessories in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The company employs Gaggia trained engineers in repairing and servicing of Gaggia and Saeco machines. Caffe Shop Ltd carries an extensive range of new and re-conditioned Gaggia, Saeco and Caffitaly coffee machines.
We are based in Elland, West Yorkshire, about 3 minutes from Junction 24 of the M62 Motorway. We have plenty of parking within our premises and a convenient and friendly Factory Shop and Sales Office. Please make sure you make an appointment with us, if you are visiting our showroom or Service Centre in Elland.
