‘Service only’ :
  • Servicing of the brewing unit [ Bean to Cup Machine only ]
  • Replacing Filter Gasket on Manual Machines  [or Brew Group seal and outlet valve seals on Bean to Cup ] Machines 
  • Descaling,
  • Degreasing and
  • testing the machine for coffee making and steam generation.
  • We shall also check the grinder operation on a Bean to Cup Machines
WE DO NOT OPEN UP THE MACHINE FOR ANY INTERNAL CHECKS. If we find anything of concern, we shall recommend a repair, in which case the machine will have to be booked for a repair and internal inspection. This will mean that it can take a longer time and we shall let you know.

Charges :
£75 for Manual Machines
£100 for Bean to Cup Machines
plus carriage charge of £30 from most parts of the UK, if we are arranging collection and delivery.

‘Repair and Service’
‘Repair and Service’ : A full service [see ‘Service only’] and repair of any faults. The machine is opened up and checked for any leaks.  The cost of ‘Repair ad Service’ includes servicing parts and labour, but if additional parts are needed, these will be charged for additionally. We shall call the customer for approval if additional parts are needed.

Charges :
Manual Machines : £100 plus carriage charge
Bean to Cup Machines £170 plus carriage charge

Plus £30 from most parts of the UK, if we are arranging collection and delivery.

‘Repair only’
‘Repair only’ means, we only do the repair of the fault the machine came back for, We shall not look for any other faults. We shall also not perform a service [see ‘Service only’],  of the machine. The charges for Repair only jobs are for parts, labour and carriage.

Cost : £30 for first half hour and £15 for every half hour thereafter plus cost of parts fitted plus carriage charge, if we are arranging collection and delivery.

‘Warranty repair’
‘Warranty repair’ : when machines come back to us for warranty repairs, we repair the fault and also inspect the machine for any internal leaks and visible issues. We do not service the machine unless specifically requested. Servicing will be carried out at an additional cost. There are special rates for servicing during warranty the period.

Charges : FREE [Servicing cost during warranty will be charged at a discounted rate.
Manual Machines £60 plus carriage
Bean to Cup Machines £80 plus carriage

Service and Repair
We service and repair Gaggia, Saeco and Caffitaly domestic coffee machines. This page should give you all the details you will require for arranging a service or repair of your coffee machine. You can, if you wish, bring the machine to our service centre in Elland, West Yorkshire. We can also arrange collection directly from your home or office.

Sending Your Machine
You can use any carrier to send your machine to us.
DO NOT SEND THE MACHINE WITHOUT GETTING PRIOR APPROVAL
Please contact us to book your machine in for repair. We may ask you to show the machine to our engineers on Zoom, before the sending the machine. MEET US ON ZOOM

Arrange Collection
If it is easier for you, we could arrange for your machine's collection through our nominated carrier at a charge of £20 for packages weighing up to 15 Kilos (mainland UK). This also includes insurance cover for a consignment of £150. If you want to insure your machine for a higher value (which we would recommend where applicable), the additional cost will be £12 per consignment giving cover up to a value of £1000. The cost of returning your coffee machine to you is additional (not included in the collection/pick-up charge/service/repair charge) and costs £10.00 for mainland UK only.  The cost of servicing your coffee machine includes all minor parts only. If we need to replace other parts to repair your machine there will be an additional charge for which we will seek your approval before going ahead. (the cost of sending the machine back to you is not included).Please insure your coffee machine.

Please do not send the following :
  • Water tank [unless the problem is to do with the water tank or water priming related]
  • Drip tray
  • Lid(s)
  • Filter Holder (if applicable)
  • Power Cable
Other removable parts
​PLEASE INCLUDE the brew units on automatic machines. Please include a note with your machine giving your name, address, telephone number (land-line and mobile to make it easier to contact you) and e-mail address (as a back-up) and a brief description of the problem.
You have to send the machine to us. (see above)

Packing your machine to send to us
Tape closed any parts that open or can easily move eg. doors on automatic machines. All knobs and other parts should be secured firmly in place before wrapping in plenty/multiple layers of bubble wrap including the base of the machine. Line the base and sides of a strong box with more bubble wrap (or bubble pillows if available) before placing the bubble wrapped machine inside and fill any additional space with further bubble wrap so that the machine does not move. (Crumpled newspaper or cardboard is not suitable as this will not protect the machine if the box is knocked into, turned on it's side or turned upside-down as this will easily compress and not provide any protection. We have received a number of machines for a service that, because they were not packed with any or hardly any protective packing when sent to us, have suffered, and in some cases, very bad transit damage - dents to the body of the machine, parts broken, doors broken off, damaged hinges, broken chassis - and this could be your "pride and joy" coffee machine.) Check you have included your details within the wrapped package, if not include them now.

Please write our address on the outside of the box just in case the label the courier attaches comes off. Please also write your name, address and telephone number (Email address if available) and insert it inside the box.
