When Jack visited the Gaggia UK showroom, we asked him to bring one important ingredient with him: his favourite coffee.
Then we gave him some Gaggias.
Jack made his go-to cortado on the Gaggia Classic Up, took on a race against time using the dual-boiler Gaggia Classic GT, and even made the same drink on a 28-year-old Gaggia Baby – a machine older than Jack himself.
We also sat down with Jack to talk about how his coffee journey started, what he enjoys about making coffee and why he decided to start sharing that journey with others.
