We introduce you to our Gaggia Virtual Assistant

Gaggia virtual assistant is available for answering your questions anytime during the day or night. We are in the process of training our Gaggia Virtual Assistant. It will therefore help us enormously, if you ask questions relevant to our machines, whether it is to do with features, comparisons, maintenance etc.

We shall be monitoring the questions and answers, and helping our VA to learn more, so that we can get more and more accurate as we go along. If you find that the answers are not satisfactory, feel free to contact us by emailing us or using our Chat Line during working hours, or by coming on Zoom to meet us live.
